主要协助客户公司设立、变更、注销、银行、签证等相关的咨询工作。
Mainly assist and be responsible for the consulting of the client's company establishment, change, liquidation, banking, visa, and other projects.

1. 协助完成外商投资企业、中外合资企业、外国企业代表处或分公司的设立，公司章程、合资合同等的起草；
Assisting in setting up foreign-invested enterprises, joint ventures, representative offices, or branches of foreign companies. Drafting of Articles of Association and Joint Venture contracts.
2. 根据客户需要，协助完成变更法定代表人、企业名称、注册资本、投资者名称、投资方股权、经营范围、董事会成员或监事以及公司注销等；
According to the client’s demand, assisting in changing its legal representative, company name, registered capital, investor name, investor equity, business scope, board members or supervisors etc., and company de-registration.
3. 根据客户需要，了解各银行开设公司银行账户的要求，并协助客户的公司开立银行账户；
According to the customer's needs, understand the requirements of each bank for opening company bank accounts, and assist the customer's company in opening bank accounts.
4. 协助制定项目计划；

5. 定期与客户进行沟通，汇报项目进展和计划变更，协助维护和巩固与客户之间的互信关系；

6. 根据项目需要，与政府相关部门沟通相关政策，递交项目申请文件；
