About the Role
We are Danaher China Corporate AI team driving enterprise AI initiatives across the organization. As part of our internship program, we are hiring multiple interns to participate in the design and development of real-world AI applications.
Our work focuses on building enterprise-grade, compliant AI solutions leveraging Alibaba Cloud AI Platform, Microsoft Copilot ecosystem, Python, Prompt Engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation technologies. This internship offers hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of AI application development, from prototyping to production-ready deployment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Enterprise AI Application Development
? Build AI-powered applications and agents using Copilot Studio and Alibaba Cloud AI services.
? Participate in RAG pipeline development, including knowledge base construction with Elasticsearch and vector databases.
? Collaborate with business teams to implement AI use cases such as customer support, knowledge management, data analysis, and workflow automation.
2. Prompt Engineering and Model Optimization
? Design and optimize prompts to improve response accuracy, stability, and consistency.
? Develop structured prompts for controlled outputs, including JSON formatting, scoring logic, and rule-based constraints.
? Analyze model outputs and support the implementation of anti-hallucination strategies based on reliable evidence and clear citation logic.
3. Python Development and Data Processing
? Use Python for data processing and transformation, including JSON, Excel, CSV, and text data.
? Develop scripts to support AI workflows such as preprocessing, evaluation, automation, and data quality checks.
4. AI Platform and Engineering Practices
? Gain hands-on experience with Alibaba Cloud AI Platform, Microsoft Copilot, and related enterprise AI ecosystems.
? Understand enterprise AI requirements including security, access control, compliance, and data governance.
? Support testing, deployment, monitoring, and iterative improvement of AI solutions in real business scenarios.

Qualifications
Basic Requirements
? Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
? Proficient in Python programming.
? Strong interest in Generative AI, Large Language Models, and enterprise AI applications.
? Comfortable learning new tools and solving practical technical problems independently.
Preferred Skills
? Experience with LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms.
? Familiarity with Prompt Engineering concepts and structured output design.
? Basic understanding of RAG, embeddings, NLP, or knowledge retrieval systems.
? Experience with Elasticsearch, vector databases, or knowledge base construction.
? Experience in data processing, automation scripting, or simple backend development.
? Familiarity with frameworks such as Copilot Studio is a strong plus.
Soft Skills
? Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
? Ability to debug, test, and iterate on technical issues with attention to detail.
? Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
? Passion for applying AI technologies to real-world business scenarios.
