About the Role
Danaher China AI Team is seeking highly motivated interns to support enterprise AI strategy and business innovation initiatives.
This role is ideal for students from Business, Marketing, Management, Business Analytics, or related disciplines who are interested in the intersection of AI, digital transformation, and business strategy.
You will work closely with business leaders and AI project teams to identify AI opportunities, analyze business challenges, and help shape future AI roadmaps across Danaher operating companies.

Key Responsibilities
1. AI Opportunity Discovery & User Story Development
? Conduct interviews and workshops with business stakeholders.
? Gather and analyze business pain points across functions.
? Document business requirements and AI user stories.
? Support AI demand identification and opportunity assessment.
2. Market Research & Strategic Analysis
? Conduct research on AI market trends and emerging technologies.
? Benchmark industry best practices and AI adoption cases.
? Analyze competitor and peer company AI initiatives.
? Prepare business insights and recommendation reports.
3. AI Project Planning Support
? Assist in AI business case development.
? Support value estimation and ROI analysis.
? Participate in project prioritization discussions.
? Prepare presentations and reports for management reviews.
4. AI Community & Change Management
? Support AI events, workshops, and innovation campaigns.
? Contribute to internal communication and adoption activities.
? Assist in organizing AI Day, innovation programs, and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications
Basic Requirements
? Currently pursuing a Master's degree or final-year Bachelor's degree.
? Major in Marketing, Business Administration, Management Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Information Management, or related disciplines.
? Strong interest in AI, digital transformation, and innovation.
? Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
Preferred Skills
? Experience conducting research and market analysis.
? Familiarity with GenAI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT.
? Experience in consulting, corporate strategy, product management, or innovation projects.
? Strong data storytelling abilities.
Soft Skills
? Excellent communication and presentation skills.
? Strong stakeholder management capability.
? Structured thinking and attention to detail.
? Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
