Responsibilities：
1. Track delivery schedules of China-based suppliers for overseas plants, monitor production readiness, identify potential delivery risks in advance.
2. Coordinate with internal logistics team based on confirmed supplier delivery plans.
3. Perform routine SAP operations related to purchase order.
4. Stay in touch with suppliers and Plant MM to resolve delivery delays and other shipping issues.
5. Compile monthly supplier on-time delivery records and exception reports.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.


Qualifications：
1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree
2. Proficient in office software like Excel, PowerPoint, and experienced in SAP operation.
3. Fluent in English (reading, writing).
4. Strong communication and coordination abilities and good project management knowledge.
