Shenzhen Bay Laboratory (SZBL), with its prime focus on global science and new technology frontiers, is committed to solving major scientific problems collaboratively. 二、招聘岗位?Open Positions
岗位一：博士后?Position 1: Postdoctoral Fellow

【工作内容】?Job Description

1.在课题组组长指导下开展科研工作，完成课题相关的科研任务，撰写发表高水平论文，申报专利，同时欢迎博士后自带课题加入课题组开展合作；

2.协助申请国家自然科学基金及省、市各级项目或作为负责人申请博士后科学基金；

3.协助指导课题组或实验室的博士研究生和研究助理的科研工作；

4.完成课题组长交待的其他工作。

1.Conduct scientific research under the guidance of the Principal Investigator (PI) of the research group, complete project-related tasks, and publish high-quality academic papers. Postdoctoral fellows are welcome to join the group with their own research projects for collaboration.

2.Assist in applying for national-level grants and provincial/municipal-level projects, or serve as the group leader in applying for postdoctoral science funds.

3.Support and guide graduate students and research assistants in the group or laboratory.

4.Fulfill other tasks assigned by the PI as required.

【岗位要求】Qualifications

1.申请人具有良好的政治素质和道德修养，遵纪守法，无不良记录；

2.获得在国内外知名大学获得博士学位和学历且不超过3年，或即将取得博士学位的博士研究生，具有以下相关专业背景之一：生物学类、医学类、药学类、化学类、物理学类、数学类、计算机与电子信息类、材料科学与工程等理学、医学、工学专业；

3.品学兼优，身心健康，年龄不超过35周岁；

4.具有较强的研究能力，已在相应方向上取得一定的学术成就，具备跨学科、复合型专业背景或已取得显著科研成果者予以优先考虑；

5.实验室不招收在职博士后。

1.Applicants must demonstrate academic integrity and moral principles with no adverse records.

2.Hold a PhD degree (or soon-to-graduate PhD candidate) from a renowned domestic university or international university, with expertise in one of the following disciplines: Biological Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science & Electronics, Materials Science & Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or Other STEM/medical/engineering disciplines.

3.Be under 35 years of age, in excellent physical and mental health, with outstanding academic performance.

4.Possess strong research capabilities, including documented achievements in relevant fields. Priority will be given to candidates with interdisciplinary backgrounds or significant research accomplishments.

5.The laboratory does not recruit postdoctoral fellows who hold employment relationships with other institutions.

【待遇支持】Benefits

1.薪资待遇：提供可持续发展的优厚待遇，具体薪资视候选人背景面议。享受国家规定的相关福利、五险一金等基本待遇，享受餐补。五险一金以及户口和子女入园/学等参照深圳湾实验室相关规定执行。

2.人才补贴：在站博士后可申请深圳市两年36万补贴；符合条件者，可申报广东省海外博士后人才支持项目（在站60万/2年，出站留粤住房补贴40万/3年，总额100万，其中在站补贴不与深圳市在站补贴叠加享受)。表现优秀的博士后，可申请实验室优秀博士后项目（前两年10万/年，后两年36万/年）。

3.基金项目：实验室全力协助博士后申请各类基金项目，例如：全国“博士后创新人才支持计划”（56万/2年，8万科研资助)。

4.职业发展：实验室协助在站博士后规划职业发展；博士后出站后根据工作能力及个人意愿可聘为本课题组助理研究员或副研究员。

5.出站待遇：根据相关政策，博士后人员期满出站后6个月内留（来）深全职工作且与企事业单位签订3年以上劳动（聘用）合同的，给予每人36万元出站留（来）深生活补助。对深圳市在站期间获得“博士后创新人才支持计划”或中国博士后科学基金特别资助的优秀博士后可再获得最高不超过30万元的优秀博士后留深资助。

6.科研保障：提供国际水准的研究条件，包括良好的工作环境、充足的研究经费、精良的实验仪器和积极主动的工作氛围。

1. Compensation & Benefits:

We offer competitive, sustainable remuneration commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications (specific salary negotiable based on background). Benefits include statutory welfare packages, mandatory social insurance and housing fund, meal allowances, and other standard entitlements. Implementation of social insurance, housing fund, residency registration, and children’s kindergarten/school enrollment follows Shenzhen Bay Laboratory (SZBL) regulations.

2. Talent Subsidies:

Postdoctoral Associate may apply for Shenzhen Municipal Postdoctoral Living Subsidy (RMB 360,000 over two years).

Eligible candidates may apply for the Guangdong Overseas Postdoctoral Talent Program:

In-station subsidy: RMB 600,000/2 years

Post-station housing subsidy (for remaining in Guangdong): RMB 400,000/3 years

*(Total: RMB 1,000,000; note: in-station subsidy is non-stackable with Shenzhen Municipal subsidy)*

Outstanding postdocs may apply for SZBL’s Youxiu?Postdoctoral Fellowship:

Years 1–2: RMB 100,000/year

Years 3–4: RMB 360,000/year

3. Funding Support:

SZBL provides comprehensive assistance in applying for competitive grants, including:

National "Postdoctoral Innovative Talent Support Program" (RMB 560,000/2 years RMB 80,000 research funding).

4. Career Development:

Customized career planning support during postdoctoral tenure.

Exceptional candidates may be offered positions as Associate Investigator or Assistant Investigator within the group upon completion of their postdoc, subject to performance and mutual interest.

5. Post-Completion Benefits:

In accordance with Shenzhen policies, postdocs who commence full-time employment in Shenzhen within six months of completing their term and sign a 3 year labor contract will receive a RMB 360,000 post-station living subsidy.Outstanding postdoctoral fellows who receive the "Postdoctoral Innovative Talent Support Program" or the?"China Postdoctoral Science Foundation Special Funding" during their?postdoctoral period in Shenzhen may receive an additional subsidy of?up to RMB 300,000 for remaining in Shenzhen.

Independently conduct scientific research under the guidance of the PI, assist in guiding postdoctoral fellows, doctoral students, and research assistants within the research group or laboratory.

1.申请人获得国内外一流高校或研究机构博士学历学位或有博士后研究经历，具有以下相关专业背景之一：生物学类、医学类、药学类、化学类、物理学类、数学类、计算机与电子信息类、材料科学与工程等理学、医学、工学专业，个人研究方向与课题组匹配；

2.能以第一作者或通讯作者发表高水平科研论文；

3.能熟练以英文作为工作语言进行学术交流；

4.具备杰出的学术道德和职业操守、良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，适应多课题、快节奏的工作环境，拼搏进取。

1. Hold a doctoral degree from a top-tier domestic or international university or research institution, or have postdoctoral research experience. Major in one of the following relevant backgrounds: Biology, Medicine, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Computer and Electronic Information, Materials Science and Engineering, or other science, medical, or engineering disciplines. Personal research direction must align with the research group.

2. Able to publish high-level scientific research papers as first author or corresponding author.

2.参与课题组或实验室的日常管理、试剂耗材采购或设备维护工作；

3.协助开展课题组或实验室交代的其他工作。

(1) Conduct relevant research work under the guidance of the research group or laboratory, or independently undertake research projects;

(2) Participate in the daily management of the research group or laboratory, including the procurement of reagents and consumables or equipment maintenance;?

(3) Assist with other tasks assigned by the research group or laboratory.

【岗位要求】Qualifications

1.申请人为2026届或往届毕业生，已获得或即将获得大学本科或硕士研究生学历学位，具有以下相关专业背景之一：生物学类、医学类、药学类、化学类、物理学类、数学类、计算机与电子信息类、材料科学与工程等理学、医学、工学专业，有跨学科、复合型专业背景更佳；

2.专业基础扎实，对科研有强烈兴趣，勤勉踏实，有上进心；

3.具备一定的英文阅读和写作能力，实验操作能力强，具有独立思考和解决问题的能力，以及良好的团队精神和沟通能力；

4.满足课题组或实验室对岗位的其他要求；

5.已毕业的学生可聘用为研究助理，未毕业的学生可以实习生形式进入实验室实习。

1.Applicants should be 2026 graduates or previous graduates, holding or about to hold a bachelor's or master's degree. 5.Graduates can be hired as Research Assistants; non-graduates can intern at the laboratory as interns.
