在Qnity，我们的 Early Career LEAP 轮岗项目旨在通过涵盖制造、工程、数字化、卓越运营和供应链等领域的丰富实践，培养新一代领导者。项目参与者将在职业发展过程中获得广泛的业务认知、专业职能经验、领导力培养以及导师辅导，从而为在Qnity实现长期职业发展奠定坚实基础。
该岗位专为目前正在中国就读的候选人设计。候选人需愿意先加入Qnity中国团队工作，并根据业务需要，在当前或未来返回越南支持Qnity Vietnam的发展。该培养路径将中国阶段的入职培训和工作经验与未来计划调动至Qnity Vietnam相结合，具体安排将根据业务需求、个人发展成熟度以及适用的工作许可要求确定。
项目结构（Program Structure）
Early Career LEAP轮岗项目包含至少3个轮岗阶段，每个阶段约为18个月，为参与者提供跨多个职能、业务领域及工作地点的广泛实践机会。***轮岗阶段预计将在中国开始，未来根据个人发展和业务需求安排调动至Qnity Vietnam。
主要职责（Key Responsibilities）
-在中国阶段的轮岗期间，支持制造、工程、自动化、数字化以及运营重点项目。
-分析工艺、设备和运营数据，识别改善机会。
-与中国和越南的跨职能及跨国家团队开展合作。
-参与流程优化、结构化问题解决以及可持续持续改善工作。
-建立可转移至Qnity Vietnam的技术、文化及业务知识。
-在调动至Qnity Vietnam后，支持知识转移和能力建设工作。
最低任职资格（Minimum Qualifications）
-电气工程、工业工程、机械工程、化学工程等相关专业本科或硕士学历（在读或已获得学位）。
-当前正在中国经认可的大学或高等院校就读。
-GPA达到4.0满分体系下的3.0及以上。
-至少拥有6个月与工程、制造、运营或相关领域有关的带薪实习（Internship）、合作教育项目（Co-op）或同等工作经验。
-具备专业水平的越南语和中文沟通能力，能够在学术和工作环境中使用两种语言进行有效沟通。
-愿意并能够在初期加入Qnity中国团队工作。
-愿意在当前或未来返回越南，加入Qnity Vietnam相关岗位。
-能够满足中国阶段岗位以及未来越南阶段岗位所需的相关工作许可要求。
优先条件（Preferred Qualifications）
-通过学术、工作或课外活动展现领导力经验。
-具备较强的主动性、适应能力、学习敏捷性、批判性思维及问题解决能力。
-具备制造、工程、自动化、数字化、数据分析或持续改善相关经验。
-持有六西格玛绿带（Six Sigma Green Belt）认证，或愿意取得相关认证。
-具备优秀的分析能力、沟通能力、利益相关方管理能力以及项目管理能力。
-具备英语沟通能力者优先。

-具备100%的地域灵活性，以支持项目批准范围内各工作地点的发展机会。
-愿意在***轮岗阶段或多个轮岗阶段期间在中国生活和工作。

Job Description
At Qnity, our Early Career LEAP Rotational Program is designed to develop the next generation of leaders through meaningful experiences across manufacturing, engineering, digital, operational excellence and supply chain. Participants gain broad business exposure, functional expertise, leadership development and mentorship while building a strong foundation for long-term career success at Qnity.
This opportunity is designed for candidates currently studying in China who are willing to join Qnity in China initially and return to Vietnam, now or in the future, to support Qnity Vietnam. The development pathway combines China-based onboarding and work experience with a planned future transition to Qnity Vietnam, subject to business requirements, individual readiness and applicable work authorization.
Program Structure
This Early Career LEAP Rotational Program consists of a minimum of 3 assignments, each approximately 18 months in duration, providing broad exposure across multiple functions, businesses and locations. Initial assignments are expected to begin in China, with a future transition to Qnity Vietnam aligned with development and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
-Support manufacturing, engineering, automation, digitalization and operational priorities during the initial China assignment.
-Analyze process, equipment and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
-Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-country teams in China and Vietnam.
-Contribute to process optimization, structured problem solving and sustainable continuous improvement.
-Build technical, cultural and business knowledge that can be transferred to Qnity Vietnam.
-Support future knowledge transfer and capability building following transition to Qnity Vietnam.
Minimum Qualifications
-Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in one or more of the listed disciplines: Electrical Engineering;#Industrial Engineering;#Mechanical Engineering; #Chemical Engineering
-Currently studying at an accredited university or higher-education institution in China.
-Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
-Minimum of six months of relevant paid internship, co-op, or equivalent experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations or a related field.
-Professional proficiency in Vietnamese and Chinese, including the ability to communicate effectively in both languages in academic and workplace settings.
-Willingness and ability to join Qnity in China initially.
-Willingness to return to Vietnam, either now or in the future, for a role with Qnity Vietnam.
-Ability to meet applicable work-authorization requirements for the initial China assignment and the future Vietnam assignment.
Preferred Qualifications
-Demonstrated leadership experience through academic, professional or extracurricular activities.
-Strong initiative, adaptability, learning agility, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
-Experience with manufacturing, engineering, automation, digitalization, analytics or continuous improvement.
-Six Sigma Green Belt certification, or willingness to obtain certification.
-Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder-management and project-management skills.
-English-language proficiency is preferred.
Program Expectations
-100% geographic flexibility to support developmental opportunities across approved program locations.
-Willingness to live and work in China during the initial assignment or assignments.
-Willingness to relocate and return to Vietnam, now or in the future, to continue a career with Qnity Vietnam.

The selected candidate is expected to join Qnity in China initially. The long-term intent is for the candidate to transition to Qnity Vietnam now or in the future, based on business needs, individual development readiness, role availability and applicable legal requirements.
