Key tasks & responsibilities:
n
n
n
Manage sales activities and to achieve sales tonnage and revenue targets, increase market share for designated segment.
n
n
n
Build and maintain close relationship with clients and manage their expectation and satisfaction.
n
n
n
Maximize the return of free-sales shipments and thus end-results of each freighter operations, to meet the assigned targets.
n
n
n
Set up the proper internal handling procedure of high yield special cargos, like DG, oversize, overweight, cool Chain, express, E-commence, for Shanghai sales team.
n
n
n
Act in a professional manner to maximize customer satisfaction through close coordination with Customer Service and Operation teams of the station on daily base.
n
n
n
Monitor, analysis, and report market situation in the assigned sales area, timely the market competition.
n
n
n
Develop potential customers in North China market, include TSN/TAO/DLC/SHE/SJW etc.
n

n

Requirements:
n
n
n
University graduate?
n
n
n
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales and Business Development field, preferably in airline logistics industry.
n
n
n
Good understanding of basic principles of market economy, logistics and international trade.? Knowledge in regulations and practices relevant to the air freight industry is a plus.
n
n
n
Strong interpersonal communication and sound negotiation skills in dealing with different types of customers, across different functions and nationalities.
n
n
n
Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.? Proficiency in English language at no less than CET 6 level.? Previous exposure to an English-speaking working environment is desirable.
n
n
n
Adaptability to work under pressure and in a multicultural environment.
n

Key tasks & responsibilities:
n

Pay regular sales calls and visits to regular customers; serve potential customers who mainly focus on free sales capacity, high yield cargo.
n
n
n
Explore with customers on new business opportunities and seek their support on new routes and services.
n
n
n
Maintain good working relationship and resolve any issues and complaints if needed.
n
n
n
Solicit new customers from market to maximize load factor and yield.
n
n
n
Close collaborations with the customer service team to maximize the end-results of each freighter operations.
n
n
n
Assist CS team with other stations in respect of changes of schedule and rotation when required. Ensure minimum disruption impact to customers’ requirements and avoid complaints.
n
n
n
Participating and support the sales of new product destinations within the network and also ensure the smooth implementation and deliverables as customers’ expectations.
n
n
n
Collect and manage customer feedback on regular product and service.
n
n
n
Response timely to customer feedback and market information to respective parties.
n
n
n
Support Sales Department to develop market intelligence system including the agents’ performance monitoring system, market trend, and market share.

Required:

University graduate;
n
n
n
Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin. Proficiency in English language at no less than CET 4 level;

n
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of employees, management, customer and suppliers;

Ability to work in multicultural environment;

IT skills, including the knowledge of Microsoft basic software and specialist software;
