工作职责：

负责维护并提升生产效率，解决生产中出现的异常问题。

负责编制产品生产的操作指南，并对操作员的关键工艺进行培训和指导。

负责新产品的试制与样品测试失败分析等工作。

协助相关部门对客户投诉进行技术分析与指导。

协助SQE部门完善对供应商的指导。

负责产品试制到量产的交接工作。

工作经验要求：

本科及以上学历，光学、应用物理、机械设计等相关专业。

具备光学镜头相关工艺开发、试制、工艺改进或镜头设计的实习经验者优先。

具有产品从试制到量产的实习经验者优先。

具有使用或调试光学测试设备实习经验者优先。

知识、技能与能力要求：

精通Auto CAD、SolidWorks、ProE等绘图软件的其中一种，熟练操作办公软件。

具备主动改进意识，较强执行能力。 3. 具备英语/越南语沟通能力者优先。

Essential Functions
1. Responsible for the maintenance and improvement of the production rate, and solve abnormal problems

2. Responsible for the preparation of operation instructions for product production and the training and guidance of key processes for operators

3, responsible for new product trial and sample test failure analysis, etc

4. Assist relevant departments to provide technical analysis and guidance for customer complaints

5. Assist SQE department to improve supplier guidance

6. Handover of trial production and mass production of products

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

1, Master the basic knowledge of optics and mechanical knowledge

2. Master one or more operation capabilities of Auto CAD, SolidWorks, ProE and other drawing software

3, Basic office software ability

4, With English/Vietnamese communication is preferred

5. Proactive improve sense and strong execution ability

Minimum education and work experience required

1 Bachelor degree or above, major in optics, applied physics, mechanical design, etc

2, Optical lens related process development, trial, process improvement or lens design experience

3,Relevant experience in lens analysis and improvement

4, With manufacturing process efficiency improvement experience is prefer

5, Experience in writing process documents such as operation standard book and process card is prefer

6, With product trial production to mass production experience is preferred

7, Experience in using or debugging optical test equipment is preferred
