Work Scope：

在承前启后的关键阶段，质旋机械启动了应用工程师培训生项目为公司培养未来研发，工程设计与加工工艺的顶尖人才。公司本着以人为本，以奋斗者为先的人力资源宗旨，为求职者提供有竞争力的薪酬，技能培养的同时为员工提供施展个性的平台。该项目在为期1年的培训之后定岗留用，培训中可参与执行公司项目。完成培训后定岗职位包括气动研发工程师2名（研发组）），结构设计与强度校核，转子动力学工程师3名（研发组），压缩机选型工程师（方案工程师）2名（设计组），控制系统设计工程师1名（设计组）等共8人。公司设定完整培训计划，定期培训总结，并定期与公司优秀工程师们进行工作交流和项目反馈。

At a critical stage of transition, QualRotate Machinery Technology has launched an Application Engineer Trainee Program to cultivate top talents for future R&D, engineering design, and processing technology. After completing the training, the available positions include:

· 2 Aerodynamic R&D Engineers (R&D Team)

· 3 Structural and Intensity verification & Rotor Dynamics Engineers (R&D Team).

· 2 Compressor Selection Engineers (Engineering Team).

· 1 Control Systems Design Engineer (Engineering Team).

应用工程师1年培训期岗位描述如下

Position Description for Application Engineer (1-year Training Period)

工作地点：上海前滩

Location: The NEW bund, Shanghai

1.售前技术支持：针对客户需求，讨论并组织，制定针对性的技术方案，确定技术交接面。流体CFD仿真，有限元分析。

Pre-Sales Technical Support: Discuss and output technical proposals based on customer needs, define technical work scope interface. Work Includes fluid CFD simulation and finite element analysis.

2.方案成本核算：生产和维修成本核算。

Cost Estimation: Calculation of production and maintenance costs，project based. Responsible for Cost Preview Management Table (CPMT).

3.采购技术支持：工厂采购技术需求与计划发起人，供应商审核与开发。

Procurement Technical Support: Initiate technical requirements and plans for factory procurement, supplier qualify cooperated with SQE and Strategic Sourcing.

4.项目执行：UGNX 3D制图，制造工艺路线讨论与确定，供应商的技术交流。

Project Execution: UGNX 3D drafting, discussion and determination of manufacturing process routes, technical communication with suppliers and PMs.

岗位要求：

Job Requirement：

1.专业要求：机械与动力工程学院、化学化工学院、材料科学与工程学院、航空航天学院、数学科学学院、物理学相关专业的硕士以上毕业生。

Educational Background: Master’s degree or above in Mechanical and Power Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mathematical Sciences, Physics, or related fields.

2.具有绘制AutoCAD、UG NX、solidwork等相关机械工具的能力。

Technical Skills: Proficiency in drawing with AutoCAD, UGNX, SolidWorks, and other related mechanical tools.

3.英语六级以上。具备熟练读写能力

Language Skills: CET-6 or above. Proficiency in reading and writing English.

4.结果导向，良好的沟通技巧与大局观，执行能力强，并深度理解沟通重要性。

Personal Attributes: Results-oriented, good communication skills with a broad perspective, strong execution ability, and a deep understanding of the importance of communication.

5.熟悉使用办公软件。

Software Skills: Familiarity with office software
