职位描述：

岗位职责
Formulate annual capacity plan in consideration with the capacity of manpower, machinery, and update it monthly;
Take preventive action as overloaded forecast in production;
Make master planning and guide detail planning on basis of sales orders and market forecast;
Drive plan to delivery process by driving weekly planning meeting;
Calculate the size and quantities of raw materials, plan tools and packages as new orders booked, guide direct material procurement specialist purchasing;

任职资格
Bachelor or above; Major in Metal material and related ；
Production planning;
Familiar with metal material manufacturing process;
Strong analytical, planning, organizational and problem solving skill;
Strong Communication and Strong Coordination;
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP system;
Fluent mandarin and English in listening, speaking, reading, writing
