岗位职责：
1. 负责质量管理体系文件的维护；
2. 协助内外部审核， 组织年度内审，编写并上传年度自查报告；
3. 协助产品上市后的不良事件监测；
4. 面对投诉，及时登记并将内容转发相关质量人员，并及时将投诉调查结果答复客户；
5. 统计分析顾客满意度调查表。
6. 上级布置的其他工作。
任职要求：
1.专业要求：机械设计制造及其自动化、机械电子工程、电气工程及其自动化、材料化学、材料成型及控制工程、高分子材料与工程、生物医学工程、质量管理工程等
2.语言要求：英语六级或雅思6分及以上或托福80分及以上，有效掌握英语听说读写
3.胜任力：具备良好的主动学习能力和分析能力；善于沟通以及良好的团队合作能力；
