岗位职责：
1、负责对机器调试；
2、负责参与对生产员工的工艺培训；
3、积极开展技术攻关和技术改进工作，对技术改进方案与措施，提供建议，不断提高工艺技术水平；
4、负责关注日常生产中的工艺质量问题，对生产中出现的异常情况或偏差作因果分析；
5、负责编写工艺改进试验方案并进行试验；并做好试验记录；
6、负责协助完成新产品投产前的准备工作，包括工艺参数的最终确定、技术文件的修订
任职要求
1、机械设计制造及其自动化、机械电子工程、电气工程及其自动化专业；
