工作内容：

协助项目前期尽职调查；

参与项目投资方案的制作；

协助发行前准备工作，包括但不限于对发行资料、基础法律文件等的制作和校对；

其他基金投资、运营方面的工作；

翻译、校对等日常行政工作。

岗位要求：

国内外重点大学本科高年级、硕士及以上学历在读，金融、法律等相关专业优先，985、211、QS前100学校专业不限；通过私募基金从业资格证考试优先；

工作细致认真，对私募基金及跨境投资业务有一定的基础知识，学习能力强；

善于沟通，有较强的灵活、应变能力，抗压能力和团队合作能力；

每周出勤天数不低于3天；

熟练使用英语作为工作语言，完成听说读写；

熟练使用各类办公软件和金融软件，包括Excel、word、PPT和Wind；

Job requirements:
1.Senior?year of undergraduate, master's degree or?above studying in famous universities at home and?abroad, finance, law and?other related majors are preferred. 985, 211, QS 100 schools majors are not limited; Passed the private fund practitioner qualification examination is preferred;
2. Meticulously and?conscientiously oriented worked, with basic knowledge of private funds and?cross-border investment business and?strong learning skills;
3. Good communication skill with strong flexibility and?adaptability ability, and?also has stress resistance and?teamwork ability;

4. No less than 3 days of attendance per week;
5. Proficient in using English as a working language, complete listening, reading and?writing skill;
6. Proficient in using various office software and?financial software, including Excel, word, PPT and?Wind;
