1.按照凯宾斯基饭店标准程序，迎接和问候客人到店的所有客人，为客人开门

Meets and greets all guests on arrival at the hotel according to the Kempinski standards and opens hotel door.

2.为乘坐车辆来酒店的客人开车门，将行李从车内拿出送进酒店，确保客人满意。

Opens car door for all guests coming out of a taxi car, provides assistance with their luggage and bring s it to the hotel in an efficient and timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction.

3.??写下所有租车牌号并将其交给客人以备查。

Writes down on coupon the number of all taxis taken by arriving and departing guests and hands the coupon to guests for control purposes.

4.? ??引领客人至房间，为第一次入住的客人介绍酒店和房间的设施设备，保证客人入住期间享受舒适的服务。对常来的客人，进行友好的交流。

Escort guests to their room. For first time guests, explains hotel service. In the room, provides further explanations on facilities to ensure guest comfort during the length of their stay. For regular guests, if appropriate, maintains a friendly and caring conversation.

5. 掌握酒店服务设施及相关旅游信息以便回答客人问题。

Keep abreast on hotel products and service as well as on tourist and business traveling information that may be of any interest to our guests.

? 6.?友好礼貌地处理客人需求，如果需要，将其传递给相关人员处理以保持宾客满意。

Handles guest requests in a polite and deficient manner, refers requests to relevant staff if needed to ensure customer satisfaction. Follow up when necessary.

7. 按照酒店标准升降旗帜。

Hoists and lowers the flags according to the hotel procedures.
