About the Quality Testing & Compliance Team:
61 Support to create and standardize compliance/testing process /procedure
61 Automate some management process


Key Objectives & Opportunity:
61 To learn how to work with team from different backgrounds and experience international work vibe.
61 To enhance data, project management and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support for testing project:
61 Sort out & organize structure of product testing documents
61 Create/standardize management process
61 Create training demo for certain subjects
61 Support to provide PPT for upskilling summit/training
- Support to standardize compliance related process and guideline
61 Streamline compliance management process
61 Support to create guideline for post-audit activities
- Support to automate management process
61 Process mapping for compliance and chemical management in granular level
61 Identify the gap
61 Work with tech to automate some process

61 Sourcing Quality Director
61 Sourcing operation
61 aChina QC
61 Advanced creation testing

Requirements:
61 An undergraduate or master degree. Preferably major in Administration or Technology related
61 Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT), with skill in Microsoft SharePoint is preferred
61 Strong data analytical skill
61 Logical thinking, patience and attention to detail are the must
61 Strong communication skills, fluent in Chinese & English (written and spoken)
61 At least 3 working days per week, 6 months service period
