The role
of the Marketing Graduate - Semi Divisions is designed to grow and develop the next generation of marketing professionals for the Semi Divisions. Throughout the programme, the graduates will gain exposure to diverse marketing disciplines and contribute to the success of organisation.

The graduates
will hold various roles as they rotate between the core Marketing specialisms within the organisation. These will include Customer and Market Development, Communications and Sustainability. They will support projects that shape the future of the organisation and collaborate with global teams to better serve our customers and be responsible for cascading information for executive level presentations that inform key decision making.

At the end of the programme, the graduates will be well prepared to choose a career in Sustainability Business Development, Market Development, Product Management or in our Communications teams.


Rotational Learning:
Participate in a structured rotational program that exposes the grads to various aspects of Marketing, including but not limited to:
· Sustainability Business Development
· Customer and Market Trends
· Marketing and Communications
· Product Marketing


Firsthand Experience:
Engaging in real-world marketing projects, working closely with experienced professionals and cross-functional teams
