This is a position to support the Accounts Payable function within SellerX Group, one of the fastest growing start-ups based in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
Support accounts payable function for the entire Group with regional exposure including Europe and Asia
Match and compare invoices with relative PO and compliance to company policy
Perform all invoice verification checking with a good business sense
Responsible for in-time payment cycle and proper approval flow
Responsible for subsequent matters on settlement and delivery
Responsible for periodic reconciliation, aging and AP analysis reports
Support bookkeeping and month end closing
Assist in completing other tasks assigned by superiors
Requirements:
Degree holder in Accountancy or equivalent business disciplines
Related working experience in Accounts Payable will be preferred
Experience of working with NetSuite will be of advantage
Good English skills in spoken, listening, reading, and writing
Experience in invoice checking with regional exposure outside China
Adaptive to changes and challenges with a positive can-do attitude
A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be able to work proactively, independently, and efficiently
