Responsibilities
- Work closely with strategy team to deliver business intelligence and data management products
- Design and build BI dashboards to effectively support business decision-making
- Conduct data cleaning and structuring to support the demo setup of data management products
- Collaborate with data teams, product teams and user teams, to define data extraction/mapping rules, to ensure accurate data collection for front-end products
- Benchmark against industry-leading digital products and develop insights for product design

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor or above degree, major in user experience design, business analytics, data science, data analytics, statistics, computer science, or related fields preferred
- Internship experience in business analytics, digital product management, front-end digital product design, or user experience design preferred
- Proficient in UI design software (e.g., Power BI, Figma) and Excel for data processing
- Strong interpersonal skills with multi-tasking capability and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and matrix environment
- Passionate about work with a can-do and must-do-better attitude, highly motivated and results-driven, demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in written and oral English
- Able to work at least 3 days a week for 3 months or more 公司简要介绍：
