岗位职责：
1. 玩具产品开发中问题的分析，改进方案及产品开发进度跟进
2. 产品生产过程的监督，与相关同事的沟通
3. 样板检查和跟进
4. 公司系统文件的建立

岗位要求：
1. 本科或研究生在读
2. 机械工程，自动化及相关专业，掌握机械设计，机械结构等专业知识
3. 具备一定的英语读写能力，能阅读技术文件，英语四级以上
4. 有较强的学习意愿和能力，具备分析和解决问题的能力，对工作充满热情
5. 具备良好的沟通和团队协作能力
6. 接受经常出差
7. 有相关实习经验者优先考虑
