职位描述：
1. 协助完成公司品牌、产品、市场活动等相关宣传物料设计工作，包括但不限于平面设计、UI设计、视觉设计等；
2. 参与设计项目的创意构思，提供符合品牌调性的设计方案；
3. 根据需求完成包括海报、宣传册、社交媒体配图、H5页面等在内的设计任务；
4. 协助团队进行设计素材的整理、优化及归档；
5. 配合团队与设计类供应商就设计方案、设计修改等进行及时有效的沟通，敦促供应商按时完成相关设计任务；
6. 协助团队完成其他日常工作。
职位要求：
1. 学历要求：设计类相关专业在校生，本科或研究生在读；
2. 技能要求：
- 熟练使用设计工具，如Photoshop、Illustrator等；
- 熟练使用office软件，如word、PPT，特别是excel；
- 具备优秀的视觉设计能力，对色彩、排版、构图有较好的理解；
- 在校期间积极参加社团、班级及学校活动；

3. 个人素质：
- 责任心强，具备优异的适应能力和团队协作精神；
- 学习能力强，能够快速掌握工作需要的技能；
- 对设计工作充满热情，注重细节；
- 独立思考能力强，沟通能力强；
4. 加分项：
- 有外企实习经验或设计作品集更佳；
- 自己独立或与他人合作运维社交媒体账号；
- 熟悉动效设计工具（如After Effects）或3D设计工具（如Blender、C4D）；
- 对设计趋势有敏锐的洞察力，具备创新思维。

As a Process Specialist in Dispute Management (DM), you will execute several OTC dispute resolution processes in compliance with SOPs and control policies, while actively collaborating with multiple stakeholders such as sales, collections, cash application and external customers, for the dual purpose of dispute resolution, monitoring, and identifying improvement opportunities in the OTC process cycle.
