Job Responsibilities
1.每月考勤工时报表相关工作，工时报表数据准确录入NAVISION系统；Monthly attendance and working hours report related tasks and accurately post the working hours in NAVISION.
2. 协助实习生招聘、入离职相关工作； Assist in intern recruitment, onboarding and offboarding procedures.
3. 文件翻译；Documents translation.
4. 协助员工培训相关工作；Assist in employee training-related tasks.
5. 协助组织员工活动； Assist in organizing activities.
6. 付款申请；Manage payment request.
7. 公司安排的其他工作； Other tasks assigned by company.
Requirements
1. 本科或硕士，英语或人力资源相关专业在读； Bachelor or master's student, majoring in English or Human Resources.
2. 工作态度积极，责任心强； Positive work attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
3. 良好的沟通能力； Good communication skills.
4. 熟练使用office办公软件； Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software.
