职位描述：

岗位职责
1. Contract Management: Draft, review, and support contract negotiations; ensure compliance and risk control to facilitate deal closure.
2. Performance Monitoring: Track contract execution, delivery progress, invoicing, and payments; handle disputes and contract variations.
3. Business Support: Provide commercial compliance advice to balance risks and opportunities for business teams.
任职资格
1. Master's degree (Accounting, Law, or Finance background preferred; relevant certifications a plus).
2. Strong communication skills, risk awareness, and eagerness to learn about negotiations and deal structures.
3. English proficiency as a working language, with a desire to grow in a multicultural environment.
4. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and pressure-resilient.
5. Familiarity with the fundamentals of international commodity trade and contract law.
薪资福利
Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary: RMB 10,000 per month (pre-tax)
Performance Bonus: 0-4 months of base salary
