DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
I. Strategic Finance & Business Analysis
1. Gain insights and dynamics of healthcare service industry through market research, provide references for the company's business decision-making.
2. Proficiency in using data analysis tools, assist in the collation, analysis and visual presentation of financial and business data.
II. Financial Analysis & Planning
1. Familiar with the logic and principles of pricing, and support the finance team on the pricing related work.
2. Understand the rules of various discounts and the application, assist in standardizing and refining the discount management processes.
3. Able to interpret the department's monthly financial reports, and identify core financial information with analysis.
4. Understand the department's KPI and the data dashboard, and assist in explaining the financial insights.
5. Responsible for the ROI analysis of asset procurement to support the management's decisions; participate in specific business analysis and provide valuable financial advices.
III. Accounting, Internal Control & Tax
1.Support review in payment process and employee reimbursement process.
2. Assist in improving internal controls over accounting and financial reporting process.
3. Support accounts payable function and relevant cycle.
4. Assist in tax filing and tax planning.

EXPERIENCES, SKILLS AND ABILITIES ：
1.Education
Solid educational background, majoring in Financial Management, Accounting, Finance, Data Science or other related fields.
2. Knowledge & Skills
Experience in financial analysis and accounting;
Experience in strategic financial support is a plus.
3. Personal Attributes
Detail oriented; strong responsibility; integrity and professional ethics; strong sense of confidentiality; excellent communication skills across departments; logical thinking; problem-solving skills; team player.
