DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责:
Rotational Learning and Business Understanding
1、Work in clinical departments (outpatient, inpatient, etc.), clinical support and administrative departments (medical affairs, nursing, finance, etc.) to understand frontline business processes and information needs, and build a comprehensive understanding of hospital operations.
2、Rotate across teams within the IT department to become familiar with the overall hospital information architecture and the functions and applications of core systems (EMR, APP, LIS, PACS, etc.).
Project Assistance and Practice
3、Requirement Gathering: Assist senior project managers in collecting and organizing information needs from clinical and administrative departments; participate in requirement interviews, take meeting minutes, and help draft initial requirement documents.
4、Project Implementation: Participate in the entire implementation process of hospital information construction projects, including solution discussions, system deployment, user training, testing feedback, etc.; track project progress and assist in resolving routine issues.
5、Documentation Management: Assist in writing project documents such as project initiation reports, implementation plans, user manuals, and acceptance materials, ensuring documentation is standardized and complete.
6、Data Analysis: Under mentor guidance, use tools like SQL to perform basic data queries and analysis, providing support for hospital management decision-making and data reporting.
New Technology Learning and Exploration
7、Follow trends in the healthcare IT industry, learning about the application of new technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence in the medical field.
8、Participate in internal technical sharing and discussions within the department, and assist in pre-research and testing of new technologies.

EXPERIENCES, SKILLS AND ABILITIES 经验，技能及能力要求：
Education & Experience:
1、Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Medical Informatics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
2、Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
Technical Skills:
1、Basic understanding of machine learning / deep learning concepts and common frameworks.
2、Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python preferred) and experience with data manipulation libraries.
3、Knowledge of SQL for data querying and basic database operations.
6、Exposure to natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision (CV) is highly desirable.

1、Strong learning agility and curiosity about emerging technologies, especially in the AI+healthcare domain.
2、Clear and logical thinking with excellent problem-solving abilities.
3、Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across clinical, operational, and technical teams.
