Responsibilities
The Localization Engineer Intern at Rockwell Automation supports localization engineering activities, including in context translation review and desktop publishing for localized products.
? Validate translation quality using automated scripts, rule based checks, and AI assisted evaluation tools for bilingual and multilingual files.
? Perform in context translation reviews to ensure linguistic accuracy, functional correctness, and an optimal user experience.
? Identify and resolve desktop publishing (DTP) issues in localized user manuals, ensuring layout consistency and compliance with publishing standards
Requirements
? Bachelor’s degree or above in Translation, Computational Linguistics, or a closely related field.
? Proficiency in English with strong Japanese and/or Korean language capabilities.
? Background in Computational Linguistics, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Language Technology, or Translation Technology preferred
? Strong research mindset with a demonstrated interest in translation technology, artificial intelligence, and language models. 公司简要介绍：
