Who we are looking for:

Possession of an undergraduate law degree with top law schools in China.

拥有中国顶尖法学院的法学学士学位。

Presently enrolled as a first and second-year master's student with an esteemed international law school or Chinese law school.
目前就读于著名的国际法学院或中国法学院硕士一年级和二年级硕士研究生。

Demonstrates a strong academic track record.

表现出良好的学术记录。

Candidates who have passed the PRC Bar Exam is preferred.

已通过中华人民共和国律师资格考试者优先。

Proficiency in the English language and exceptional communication abilities.

熟练的英语语言和出色的沟通能力。

Terms & business hours:

Our internship program lasts for 3+3 months, with potential to extend for a longer period of time. (hope full time 6 months).

我们的实习项目为期3+3个月，有可能延长更长时间。（希望全职6个月）

Selected candidates will have the opportunity to learn from seasoned practitioners who are dedicated to nurture young talents’ potential. The selected candidates will immerse in challenging transactions or cases, and gain real-world experience in a wide array of practice areas, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate advisory, private equity and venture capital, technology transactions, capital markets and dispute resolution. Morrison & Foerster will provide candidates with exceptional real-world deal exposure and will facilitate the candidates to establish good comprehension of the legal and business framework.
