Attraction：
- 参与 AI 技术在内部业务场景中的识别、分析与落地，了解企业智能化转型的实际过程。
- 接触多部门业务流程，学习如何从业务痛点中发现 AI 应用机会。
- 参与真实项目实践，积累场景分析、方案设计和协作沟通经验。
Tasks:
- 调研并梳理内部业务流程，识别可应用 AI 的场景与机会。
Conduct research and map internal business processes to identify potential AI use cases and opportunities.
- 与业务部门沟通，收集需求并分析痛点，提出 AI 应用建议。
Communicate with business teams to collect requirements, analyze pain points, and propose AI application ideas.
- 参与 AI 应用方案的初步设计，支持可行性分析与优先级评估。
Participate in the initial design of AI solutions and support feasibility analysis and prioritization.
- 跟踪 AI 技术发展趋势，结合业务需求提出应用思路。
Track AI technology trends and propose application ideas based on business needs.
- 协助推动 AI 场景从识别、验证到试点落地的全过程。
Support the full process from use case identification and validation to pilot implementation.
- 与相关团队协作，支持 AI 应用的测试、优化与推广。
Collaborate with relevant teams to support testing, optimization, and rollout of AI applications.
Requirements:
- 本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、数据科学、软件工程、信息管理等相关专业优先。
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Management, or related fields.
- 具备基础的 AI、机器学习、数据分析或编程知识，了解 Python 者优先。
Basic knowledge of AI, machine learning, data analysis, or programming; familiarity with Python is a plus.
- 对 AI 应用场景有兴趣，愿意学习并理解业务流程中的问题和机会。
Interested in AI applications and willing to learn how to identify problems and opportunities in business processes.
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作意识，能够与不同部门协作。
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work with different departments.
- 具备较强的学习能力、逻辑思维能力和主动性。
