Key Responsibilities
? Support the daily execution of international project logistics operations under the guidance of the Operation Manager or Project Manager.
? Monitor shipment progress and maintain accurate project milestones and operational records.
? Coordinate with customers, suppliers, shipping lines, ports, terminals, agents and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
? Prepare, review and maintain operational documents and project-related records.
? Identify operational issues, report exceptions promptly and support problem resolution.
? Travel to ports, warehouses and project sites to provide operational and on-site coordination when required.
? Perform other operational tasks assigned by the management team.

Qualifications
Must-have
? Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Marine studies, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Transportation or related disciplines.
? Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of relevant internship or work experience are welcome.
? Good written and spoken English with the ability to communicate effectively in an international business environment.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
? Strong communication, coordination and organizational skills with great attention to detail.
? Willingness to travel frequently and provide on-site support at ports and project locations.
Nice-to-have
? Internship experience in freight forwarding, shipping, logistics or supply chain operations.
? Basic knowledge of international shipping, project logistics or international trade.
? Exposure to renewable energy, heavy-lift transportation, or industrial projects.


Key Responsibilities
? 在操作经理或项目经理的指导下，支持国际项目物流的日常执行工作。
? 跟踪货运进度，准确维护项目节点和操作执行记录。
? 与客户、供应商、船公司、港口、码头、代理及内部团队协调沟通，确保项目顺利执行。
? 准备、审核并维护相关文件及项目记录。
? 识别操作执行过程中存在的问题，及时汇报异常情况，并协助推动问题解决。
? 根据项目需要，前往港口、堆场及项目现场，提供支持和协调；对接客户，供应商，港口等确保货物安全装卸。
? 完成管理团队安排的其他操作相关工作。

Qualifications
Must-have
? 本科及以上学历，物流、供应链管理、国际贸易、交通运输、海事海商或相关专业。
? 欢迎应届毕业生，或具备 1 年以内相关实习/工作经验的候选人。
? 具备优秀的英语书面及口语能力，能够在国际商务环境中进行有效沟通。
? 熟练使用 Microsoft Office 办公软件。
? 具备较强的沟通、协调和组织能力，注重细节。
? 拥有驾驶技能，可按项目需求提供现场支持。
Nice to have
? 具备货代、航运、物流或供应链运营相关实习经验。
? 了解国际航运、项目物流或国际贸易基础知识。
