Job purpose:
Delivery and coordination of technically engineering within proposals, studies, projects execution & operations, as part of a study and/or project team, in accordance with design & engineering standards & procedures, schedules and budget, with a continuous concern for quality standards, targets and customer satisfaction.

Main duties:
? Learn T.EN’s various procedures and working guidelines.
? Complete the piping design work in accordance with T.EN’s working procedures, quality management procedures and workflow. Sign the design documents according to the pressure piping design management procedures of T.EN.
? Learn various software required for work and be proficient in application.
? Perform duties as directed by piping lead engineer (or Unit lead) on project.
? Ensure the project is of the expected quality level.
? Perform drafting job delegated by piping engineer or piping lead engineer (or Unit lead), include 3D model and 2D drawings, including but not limited to the following:
- Build the walkway, operation space and maintenance space, escape way, utility station and safety shower in the model and create the layout drawings.
- Create the equipment 3D model based on datasheet, guide drawing, vendor drawing and maintenance the model status which match equipment vendor drawing timely.
- Create piping 3D model in PDS / SP3D/PDMS/E3D and ensure to follow the latest P&ID and feedback to process if have any deviation with P&ID.
- Put PCT elements into lines for in-line and on-line elements based on PCT list and relevant datasheet requirement.
- Provide the ISO drawings with logical support and preliminary support type to stress calculation engineer for further calculation and revise the routing and support type according to the stress report and standard support drawings.
- Issue the EQP layout and piping GA timely and regularly.
- Prepare the information to other discipline in project.
- Deliver high quality piping documentation including equipment layout & piping GA drawings, special support drawings, ISO drawings, equipment nozzle orientation drawings, etc.
? Provide the field support during construction, such as: to modify the model during construction phase either the design change or the deviation from installation.
? Perform discipline internal filling or archiving work when assigned by piping lead engineer.
? Complete other technical work assigned by the Piping department manager, including department development construction.
? And other work-related responsibilities as determined by the manager.
Requirements:
Must have:
- 0~2 years working experience
- Engineering Diploma.
- Background of Chemical or chemical equipment professional.
- Chemical and chemical equipment & rotating knowledge
- AutoCAD skill
- Microsoft Office skill
- Fluency in English (CET-4 and above)
Nice to have:
- Preferable in petrochemical or chemical design institute or similar experience.
Workplace：
