1. Data checking and collection 数据核对和收集
1) Check the consistency between the delivery note and certificate of conformity with customer requirements 核对发货通知单和合格证与客户需求的一致性
2) Before formally submitting the customs declaration documents to the customs broker, verify the data in the export documents and the logbook to ensure data accuracy 正式提交报关资料给给报关行之前，核对出口文件和电子账册中登记的信息，确保数据准确性
3) Data collection for the improvement project being carried out by the support department 支持部门进行中项目的数据收集
2. Data template improvement 台账模板优化
1) D1 PCL parts ledger organization, used for querying the quantity and status of parts D1 PCL零件台账创建，提高查询零件状态和数量的效率
2) Simplify import and export data and logistics cost ledger to improve registration and query efficiency 进出口数据和物流费用台账简化，提高登记查询效率
3. Assist in the preparation and implementation of the Supply Chain Month activities 协助供应链分享月活动的相关准备工作和开展
4. Layout&Mapping 布局和地图
1) Assist warehouse to make the future layout proposal 协助仓库制作未来仓库布局方案草图
2) Alloy counting mapping design 合金盘点地图制作
5. Other tasks assigned by Manager 其他由部门经理分配的工作
