Key Responsibilities
? Process Optimization & Analysis: Analyze and optimize processing and winding parameters for flexible films (PP, PET, PA, PE) to achieve optimal roll quality and operational efficiency.
? Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Identify process bottlenecks, material-specific converting issues, and mechanical/process defects; develop practical corrective actions on-site at customer facilities.
? Trials & Commissioning: Plan, execute, and evaluate trial runs and test series for customer applications, new film formulations, or machine setups.
? Customer Collaboration & Field Service Support: Travel to customer sites across China to support commissioning, process optimization, technical integration, and process audits (approx. 50% national travel).
? Cross-Functional Cooperation: Collaborate closely with our local sales, field service, and engineering teams in Shanghai and Changzhou, as well as with colleagues in Germany.
? Documentation: Prepare technical reports, trial evaluations, and application guidelines in English and Mandarin.


Key Requirements & Qualifications
? Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized university in China, majoring in Polymer Science & Engineering, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
? Domain Focus: A strong academic focus, thesis, or project work related to polymer processing, plastics technology, or flexible film manufacturing (specifically polyolefins like PE/PP, or engineering polymers like PET/PA).
? Experience Level: Fresh graduates are welcome. Relevant internships or university project work in polymer characterization, film extrusion, or converting technology are a strong plus.
? Language Skills: Good command of English (written and spoken) for international technical exchange and documentation. Fluent/Native Mandarin skills required.
? Mobility & Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Shanghai (Jiading), with readiness for frequent national travel across China (approx. 50%).
? Mindset: Strong analytical problem-solving skills, hands-on orientation, adaptability, and eager to learn specialized slitting and winding technologies.

主要职责
工艺优化与分析：分析并优化柔性薄膜（PP、PET、PA、PE）的加工与卷绕参数，实现最优卷料质量与运营效率。
技术支持与故障排查：识别工艺瓶颈、材料专属加工问题及机械 / 工艺缺陷；在客户现场制定切实可行的整改方案。
试验与调试：规划、执行并评估客户应用、新型薄膜配方或设备装机的试生产与系列测试。
客户协作与现场服务支持：出差至全国客户现场，支持设备调试、工艺优化、技术整合及工艺审核（国内出差占比约 50%）。
跨职能协作：与上海、常州本地的销售、现场服务及工程团队，以及德国总部同事紧密协作。
文档编制：用中英文撰写技术报告、试验评估报告及应用指南。
任职要求
学历背景：国内正规院校本科及以上学历，高分子科学与工程、材料科学、化学工程、过程工程或相近专业。
专业方向：在高分子加工、塑料技术或柔性薄膜制造（尤其是 PE/PP 等聚烯烃，或 PET/PA 等工程聚合物）方向有扎实的学术积累、相关课题或项目经验。
经验要求：欢迎应届毕业生。具备高分子表征、薄膜挤出或加工技术相关实习 / 在校项目经验者优先。
语言能力：英语六级为必须项，该职位需要与德国同事直接沟通。
工作地点与出差：常驻或愿意搬迁至上海嘉定，可接受频繁国内出差（约 50%）。
