Purpose of position
职位目的

Be responsible for the production processes, create or arrange drawings, ECTR, BOM’S, PP’S and standards for the production processes at Plant 88.
Introduce new products and investments (machines, equipment etc.)
Manage engineering changes with related functional departments.
Jointly responsible for handling projects with Team Leader.

Minimum Experience & Qualifications
岗位要求

University degree in Mechanical engineering.
Be familiar with CAD; software UG NX.
Willing to do hands on work for assembly lines, equipment setup.
Open minded for change and improvement.
Good command in English, both in oral and written.
Proactive and cooperative, good interpersonal skill.

Responsibilities
职位职责

Prepare all necessary documents for the production in time (BOM’s, drawings, PP’s etc.).
Manage engineering changes with related functional departments.
Support on new products assembly lines development.
Support on engineering standardization and modularization.
Support purchasing procedures related to the production processes.
Carry out all activities under economical aspects.
To work according Hilti philosophy (teamwork, continuously improvements etc.) together with employees.
Ensure a good communication between Unit and other departments.
Ensure internal customer satisfaction.
CIP must be carried out and put into execution.
To work on any other duties and projects on which the incumbent is assigned by the direct superior. 公司简要介绍：
