Requirements
? Strong interest in pursuing a career in Business Analysis, Product Management, or related fields.
? Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand business processes, systems, and new concepts.
? Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into structured solutions.
? Proactive and curious mindset; comfortable asking questions and challenging assumptions to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business users and technical teams.
? Strong presentation and storytelling skills; able to organize ideas clearly and present findings confidently.
? Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
? Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English. Good spoken English is preferred.
? Familiarity with SQL is preferred.
? Experience with Python for data analysis, automation, or academic projects is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
? Coursework or project experience related to Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
? Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
? Experience participating in case competitions, business challenges, research projects, or student organizations.
? Academic performance ranked in the top 20% of the class is a plus.
? Award-winning achievements in university competitions are a plus.
? Basic front-end or back-end development knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities
? Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
? Prepare Functional Specifications and other project documentation.
? Work closely with business users, developers, and testers throughout the project lifecycle.
? Prepare test cases and participate in SIT/UAT testing.
? Track issues, follow up on resolutions, and ensure timely closure.
? Assist in business analysis, process improvement, and project-related activities.
? Delivery assigned tasks on time with high quality.
