岗位职责：
1、统筹项目进度管理，跟进关键节点进展，协调解决进度偏差，保障项目按计划推进；
2、负责项目日常运营管理，包括往来文件管控、竣工资料整理及项目基础事务协调；
3、承担外部接口工作，负责外部人员接待、日常见证及问题传递处理，维护良好外部沟通。
4、组织项目验收，协调发货事宜及现场售后问题处理，确保项目收尾与现场服务落地。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，机械、工业工程等相关专业；
2、熟练相关办公软件，擅长文本整理、数据分析；
3、沟通表达能力佳，抗压能力强。


Job Responsibilities

Oversee overall project schedule management, track the progress of key milestones, coordinate and resolve schedule deviations to ensure projects progress as planned.
Manage daily project operation, including document control, completion data sorting and coordination of basic project affairs.
Undertake external liaison work, including receiving external visitors, conducting daily on-site witnessing, transferring and handling project issues, and maintaining sound external communication relationships.
Organize project acceptance, coordinate product delivery and handle on-site after-sales problems to ensure effective project closure and on-site service implementation.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and other related fields.
Proficient in office software, skilled in document sorting and data analysis.
