岗位职责：
1、负责产品工业设计全流程。包括外观造型、涂装、人机交互界面、标识标贴设计等技术工作；
2、负责制定产品通用件、涂装标准化设计等规范；
3、负责公司产品VI设计、家族化设计与维护；
4、设计方案细节提升与推敲、3D建模渲染、CMF以及产品后期支持。
任职要求：
1、硕士及以上学历，工业设计、产品设计专业方向；
2、具备建模及绘图能力。扎实掌握工业设计基础，熟悉美学、人机工程学、CMF、文化价值等基本理论；
3、熟练使用一种及以上的三维设计软件；
4、熟练掌握Photoshop、AI、CDR等设计软件；
5、具备良好的沟通协调能力、学习能力、团队协作能力、执行力及交付意识。


Job Responsibilities

Take charge of the whole industrial design process of products, including appearance modeling, coating design, human-machine interface, logo and label design.
Formulate design standards for general parts and standardized coating specifications of products.
Be responsible for product VI design, brand family-style design and follow-up maintenance.
Refine design schemes, complete 3D modeling and rendering, carry out CMF design, and provide after-design support for products.

Job Requirements

Master’s degree or above, majoring in Industrial Design or Product Design.
Capable of modeling and drawing. Solid foundation in industrial design, familiar with aesthetics, ergonomics, CMF and related basic theories.
Skilled in one or more 3D design software.
Proficient in design software including Photoshop, AI and CDR.
Good at communication and coordination, quick to learn, strong in teamwork, execution and result delivery awareness. 公司简要介绍：
