Responsibilities
- Support manufacturing engineering in production areas
- Improve equipment, processes, and yields to meet quality and efficiency targets
- Work with design and development teams to ensure process compatibility
- Support process development, optimization, and transfer to manufacturing
- Conduct feasibility studies and support material, equipment, and tooling selection
- Develop process control methods and support statistical analysis
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering or related fields
- Interest in manufacturing, process improvement, or production management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Good understanding of engineering, manufacturing, and quality concepts
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Detail-oriented, quick learner, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint； statistical or process improvement tools are a plus
- Willing to work in a manufacturing or plant environment
