Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Medtronic products and services to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and other stakeholders
- Identify customer needs and provide product support to maximize value
- Support product education and awareness activities
- Conduct market research on customer needs and competitors
- Implement market development plans and adjust as needed
- Share customer feedback with internal teams, including R&D, Operations, and Marketing
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support business growth
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience are welcome
- Strong interest in medical devices, healthcare, or a sales career
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented with the ability to build strong relationships
- Fast learner with initiative and willingness to build product and technical knowledge
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to travel within the assigned territory
