Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in formulating and executing reliability test plans for automotive components.
2. Participate in product performance testing under various environmental conditions; record and analyze test data.
3. Collaborate with the team to operate and maintain testing equipment, ensuring accuracy and safety during the testing process.
4. Prepare test reports and provide improvement suggestions to enhance product quality and stability.

主要工作内容
1. 协助完成汽车零部件的可靠性测试计划制定与执行。
2. 参与产品在不同环境条件下的性能测试，记录并分析测试数据。
3. 配合团队进行测试设备的操作与维护，确保测试过程的准确性与安全性。
4. 撰写测试报告，提出改进建议以提升产品质量和稳定性。


Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with preference given to majors in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields.
2. Able to commit to working at least 4 days per week.
3. Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
4. Familiar with basic testing processes and laboratory operations; candidates with relevant internship or project experience are preferred.
5. Keen interest in the automotive components industry, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to adapt to a moderately fast-paced work environment.
