Specific Responsibilities具体职责：

? Support CI projects aimed at improving safety, quality, efficiency and workplace organization.
协助开展以安全、质量、效率及现场管理改善为目标的持续改进项目。
? Assist in preparing reports, presentations and improvement project materials.
协助制作报告、PPT及持续改进项目相关材料。
? Follow up on improvement actions and monitor their effectiveness.
跟进改善措施实施情况并协助评估改善效果。
? Support the preparation and updating of HSE documents, procedures, checklists and training materials, such as such as chemical SDSs, training documents, safety checklists, etc.
协助HSE文件、程序、检查表及培训材料的编制和更新，如化学品SDS，培训文件，安全检查表等。
? Assist in organizing HSE activities, such as knowledge competitions and safety skills contests
协助HSE活动举办，如开展知识竞赛，安全技能比拼等
? Assist with daily HSE inspections and follow-up of identified safety issues.
协助开展日常HSE检查，并跟进发现的安全隐患整改情况。
? Support HSE data collection, tracking and reporting, including safety observations, incidents and corrective actions.
协助收集、跟踪和汇总HSE数据，包括安全观察、事故事件及整改措施等。
? Other data collection task

Qualifications 任职要求：
? Communication and organizational skills
具备良好的沟通与组织能力
? Appreciate to work in team, rigorous and careful
善于团队协作，细致严谨
? Familiar with Microsoft Office
熟悉Microsoft Office软件
? Familiarity with Lean tools such as PDCA, 5 Why, Fishbone, Kaizen or 5S.
了解PDCA、5 Why、鱼骨图、Kaizen、5S等精益工具。
? Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus.
具备Power BI或其他数据可视化工具使用经验者优先。
? Available for internship for at least 3 months, preferably 4–6 months.
可连续实习至少3个月，能够实习4–6个月者优先。
? Preference will be given to candidates with a degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
