10. Be responsible for the daily quality management and inspection of the quality under the command of the HSEQ manager.
在质监部经理领导下，负责质检部日常质量管理和质量检验工作.
11. Investigate, analyze and deal with the quality problems during production.
调查、分析和处理生产中的质量问题。
12. Cooperate with departments concerned to handle the quality problems and take corrective and preventive actions, have the problems checked to avoid them happening again.
与相关部门合作处理质量问题并采取纠正和预防措施、检查防止此问题再次发生。
13. Keep the measuring devices in good order and condition and send the compulsory checking devices for inspection, keep the checking certificate well.
做好计量器具管理和强制检测器具送检，保存好检测证书和记录。
14. Conduct the inspection of the working process according to the working instruction.
根据工作指导书做好工序检验工作。
15. Inspect the warehouse entry, working process, product and “under trial“ mark.
组织实施入库、工序、产品的检验，检验试验状态的标识。
16. Keep good management of the raw materials and lifeboat equipment certificates.
做好原材料及艇用设备证书的管理。
17. Be engaged in the filing and keeping of the quality files according to the relevant working instruction and regulations.
根据相关规定从事质量文件的存档。
18. Be responsible for the application for authority to inspect and the management of product certificate from authority.
负责船级社的申请、检验和取证工作。
19. Monitoring, recording and management of productive conditions for safety according to related Chinese regulations and laws.
根据中国的法律法规，检测、记录、管理安全生产文件与其符合性。
20. Set up the safety production rules and operation procedures. And offer assistance to carry out checking daily.
建立健全安全生产规章制度并协助进行日常检查。
21. Participate to training and educating of employees about safety, health, and environment according to the law.
根据相关法律参与对职工进行安全、健康、环境的培训工作。
22. Participate to declare the safety, health and environment information to local authorities quarterly or timely.
参与每季度或按时向当地政府部门申报有关安全，健康，环境的相关信息。
23. Held a safety meeting monthly and make records for it.
每月举行安全会议并做记录。
24. Offer assistance to check all the fire-fighting equipment and tools, keep them in good condition.
协助安全员检查所有消防设备，并保证其在良好的状态。

职位要求：
1. 英文可做为工作语言，四级以上优先考虑。
English can be used as a working language; candidates with CET-4 or above will be given priority.
2. 能看懂机加工零部件和简单电气系统图纸，会AUTOCAD或3D软件优先考虑。
Ability to read mechanical parts and simple electrical system drawings; proficiency in AutoCAD or 3D software will be an advantage.

请注意：本岗位要求英语口语流利，可熟练沟通；工作内容70% 负责质检相关工作，30% 负责 HSE（环境、健康与安全）相关工作。
Please note: This position requires fluent spoken English and the ability to communicate effectively. The job responsibilities consist of approximately 70% quality inspection–related work and 30% HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment)–related work.
