船艇负责：
1. 在生产部经理的领导下，协助生产部经理进行日常工作的管理，确保生产部的各项工作得到落实、完成。/ Assist the production manager to treat the daily work well according to his arrangement, ensure all the tasks are excited well and finished on time.
2. 负责生产计划、单艇原材料领料单的编制和下达。/ Be responsible for the workout and issue of the producing plan and the raw material application form of each lifeboat.
3. 与生产部经理一起调查、分析和处理生产中的出现的内外部质量问题，不合格项问题，协助处理外部投诉事宜；并采取纠正和预防措施、检查防止此再次发生。/ Investigate analyze and deal with the quality problems, nonconformities during the production together with production manager. Assist to solve claim issue and take corrective and preventive actions, have the problems checked to avoid them happening again.
4. 对生产部经理及生产主管分配的具体工作，积极保质、及时完成。/ Finish the work arranged by PD manager& supervisor well on time.
5. 对生产部的管理工作积极献计献策，提高车间的管理水平。/ Be active to make good suggestions conceiving the production dept management, improve the management quality.
6. 监督生产过程中生产工艺的执行情况，确保生产过程处于受控状态。/ Supervising the implement status of the process technology, ensure all the processes are under the control.
7. 督促生产过程的自检、互检，确保产品质量。/ Push the self inspection and mutual inspection during the production process, ensure the products quality.
8. 对车间的安全生产进行监督。/Supervise the safety production of the workshop.
9. 对生产中存在的质量问题进行定期汇总、分析，为工艺的提高改进提供基础依据。Collect and analysis the non conformity in the producing provide the technology data for its improvement.
10. 按照公司规定的劳动保护的规定要求，对车间人员的执行情况进行监督，确保劳动保护得以实施。Supervising the implement of the work protection following the company rules, ensure it is executed well.
11. 按PIMS运行要求，做好与其相关的各项工作。Do the related work well according to the requirement of PIMS.
12. 负责检查生产计划的执行情况 Responsible for check the state of production plan.
吊钩负责：Responsible for hook
1. 准备焊工追溯、无损检测报告、发货清单。/Prepare Welding traceability/NDT report/Packing list.
2. 根据订单要求检查图纸目录。/Check drawings rev. on shield according to the PO.
3. 给外协单位准备图纸目录和图纸。/Prepare the drawing list and drawings for subcontractor
