工作内容：
1.?协助研发工程师开展制剂相关实验研究，执行各类样品制备与检测工作。
2.?按照SOP完成实验操作，及时、规范记录实验数据。
3.?负责样品、试剂及实验耗材管理，维护实验室日常运行。
4.?配合项目开展文献、资料整理等辅助工作，遵守实验室安全规范。

岗位说明：岗位可接触制剂研发多类型实验，表现优异可转正。


岗位要求：
1.学历：本科大三/大四或在读硕士，药学、制剂工程、生物工程、生物技术、药物制剂等相关专业
2.具备实验室安全与6S意识，能严格遵守实验室SOP及6S管理要求
3.具备良好的沟通协调能力，细致耐心，有责任感，学习能力强，能耐心完成必要的重复性实验与记录工作
4.了解真空冷冻干燥的基本原理及工艺流程，有冻干设备操作经验者优先
5.掌握基础实验室操作技能，包括溶液配制、pH测量、天平称量等
6.能规范、及时填写实验记录，熟练使用Office办公软件
7.具备娴熟的文献检索能力和英文读写能力，通过大学英语四级（CET-4）；通过六级（CET-6）者优先 公司简要介绍：
