课题组简介/Lab Introduction

课题组组长：W.S. Sho Goh（吴炜祥），博士毕业于冷泉港实验室(Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory)生物科学专业。吴博士在RNA生物学领域中积累有十余年丰富的研究经历，目前的研究重点是开发高分辨率的表观转录组测序技术以及探究新的表观转录调节机制。吴博士于2018年在新加坡基因组学研究所（Genome Research Institute）建立了自己的独立课题组，期间获得多项研究基金，如国家重点人才项目青年项目。他也有在Nature Communications, Nucleic Acids Research Genes & Development, PLoS Computational Biology, Cell等著名期刊上发表过多篇高水平论文。?

Dr. W.S. “Sho” Goh earned his Ph.D. in Biological Sciences from Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory. He has accumulated over ten years of rich research experience in the field of RNA biology. His current research focuses on developing high-resolution epitranscriptomic sequencing technologies and exploring novel epitranscriptomic regulatory mechanisms.In 2018, Dr. Goh established his independent research group at the Genome Research Institute in Singapore. Since then, he has secured multiple research grants such as the National Key Talent Program – Young Project. He has also published numerous high-impact papers in prominent journals including Nature Biotechnology, Molecular Cell, Nature Communications, Nucleic Acids Research, Genes & Development, PLoS Computational Biology, and Cell.

课题组研究方向：

（1）研发应用于重要表观转录修饰的高分辨率测序技术 ；

（2）识别新型表观转录因子，并从作用机理上阐释它们如何调控基因表达，介导细胞进程以及对人体疾病发生所起到的影响。

Research Directions:?

(1) Sequencing Technology Development: Developing high-resolution sequencing technologies for critical epitranscriptomic modifications.?

(2) Mechanism & Disease Exploration: Identifying novel epitranscriptomic factors and elucidating their mechanistic roles in regulating gene expression, mediating cellular processes, and impacting human disease pathogenesis.

招聘岗位/Open Position

01博士后/Postdoctoral Fellow（1-2 名）

（一）岗位职责/Key Responsibilities

1.承担与其他合作科研机构共同制定的科研任务，负责发表高质量的期刊论文以及专利申请工作；

2.能够独立完成或协助完成申请国内外的科研项目与科研经费；

3.开发新的实验技术，用于在转录组范围内对各种感兴趣的RNA修饰进行高分辨率测序；

4.筛选新型参与表观转录调节的功能因子（RNA修饰过程中的Writers, Erasers及Reader），并探究它们的作用机制；

5.确立与疾病发生特异性相关的表观转录组信息，增进对表观转录缺陷导致的人类疾病发病机制的研究认识。

1.Undertake research projects jointly established with collaborating research institutions, and take responsibility for publishing high-quality journal papers and filing patent applications.

2.Independently secure or assist in applying for domestic and international research projects and grants.

3.Develop novel experimental technologies for high-resolution, transcriptome-wide sequencing of various RNA modifications of interest.

4.Screen for novel functional factors involved in epitranscriptomic regulation (Writers, Erasers, and Readers in RNA modification processes) and investigate their mechanisms of action.

5.Identify disease-specific epitranscriptomic signatures to deepen the understanding of pathogenesis in human diseases caused by epitranscriptomic defects.?

（二）任职资格/Qualifications

1.在分子生物学、细胞生物学、生物化学、免疫学、单细胞微流控等相关专业已取得博士学位（原则上取得博士学位的时间不超过三年，年龄35周岁以下）。具备生物信息学相关的研究经历可优先考虑，但并不必需；

2.专业领域内已发表过SCI论文，并具有独立承担科研课题的能力；

3.具有高度的责任感、专业精神、创新能力、组织与协同能力，以及团队合作精神。对科研工作具有浓厚兴趣，并且拥有良好的科研能力与科学探索精神；

4.出色的英文写作与交流能力；

1.Ph.D. degree in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Single-cell microfluidics or related disciplines (in principle, awarded within the last 3 years and under 35 years of age). Prior research experience in bioinformatics is preferred, but not required.

2.SCI-indexed publication track record in relevant fields, with the demonstrated ability to independently lead research projects.?

3.High sense of responsibility, professionalism, innovative thinking, organizational and collaborative skills, and strong teamwork. High interest in scientific research with solid research capability and spirit of scientific inquiry.

4.Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

（三）薪酬与发展/Benefits

1.薪资待遇：提供可持续发展的优厚待遇，具体薪资视候选人背景面议，此外也含市在站补贴。享受国家规定的相关福利、五险一金等基本待遇，享受餐补。五险一金以及户口和子女入园/学等参照深圳湾实验室相关规定执行。

2.人才补贴：在站博士后可申请深圳市两年36万补贴；符合条件者，可申报广东省海外博士后人才支持项目（在站60万/2年，出站留粤住房补贴40万/3年，总额100万，其中在站补贴不与深圳市在站补贴叠加享受)。表现优秀的博士后，可申请实验室优秀博士后项目（前两年10万/年，后两年36万/年）。

3.基金项目：实验室全力协助博士后申请各类基金项目，例如：全国“博士后创新人才支持计划”（56万/2年，8万科研资助)。

4.职业发展：实验室协助在站博士后规划职业发展；博士后出站后根据工作能力及个人意愿可聘为本课题组助理研究员或副研究员。

5.出站待遇：根据相关政策，博士后人员期满出站后6个月内留（来）深全职工作且与企事业单位签订3年以上劳动（聘用）合同的，给予每人36万元出站留（来）深生活补助。对深圳市在站期间获得博士后创新人才支持计划或中国博士后科学基金特别资助的优秀博士后可再获得最高不超过30万元的优秀博士后留深资助。

6.科研保障：提供国际水准的研究条件，包括良好的工作环境、充足的研究经费、精良的实验仪器和积极主动的工作氛围。

1.Compensation:?Generous and sustainable compensation package. Specific salary is negotiable based on candidate background, on top of municipal in-station subsidies. Includes standard statutory benefits, "five insurances and one housing fund", and meal allowances. Social insurance, housing fund, household registration (Hukou), and children's school/kindergarten admission are administered according to Shenzhen Bay Laboratory policies.

2.Talent Subsidies:?In-station postdocs can apply for a Shenzhen municipal subsidy of 360,000 RMB over two years. Eligible candidates can apply for the Guangdong Overseas Postdoctoral Talent Support Program (600,000 RMB / 2 years in-station 400,000 RMB / 3 years housing allowance for remaining in Guangdong post-fellowship, totaling 1.0 million RMB; in-station subsidies cannot be combined with Shenzhen municipal in-station subsidies).?Outstanding postdocs can apply for the Laboratory's Youxiu Postdoctoral Program (100,000 RMB/year for the first two years, and 360,000 RMB/year for the following two years).

3.Funding Grants:?Full laboratory assistance for postdocs to apply for various funding grants, such as the national "Postdoctoral Innovation Talent Support Program" (560,000 RMB / 2 years, plus an 80,000 RMB research grant).

4.Career Development:?Assistance with career development planning during the fellowship. Upon completion, postdocs can be appointed as Assistant Researchers or Associate Researchers within the lab based on performance and personal preference.

5.Post-Fellowship Benefits:?According to relevant policies, postdocs who remain in (or relocate to) Shenzhen for full-time work within 6 months after completing their fellowship, and sign employment contracts of 3 years with enterprises or public institutions, will receive a 360,000 RMB living allowance for settling in Shenzhen. Outstanding postdoctoral fellows who receive the "Postdoctoral Innovative Talent Support Program" or the "China Postdoctoral Science Foundation Special Funding" during their postdoctoral period in Shenzhen may receive an additional subsidy of up to RMB 300,000 for remaining in Shenzhen.
