1.Manage projects and business pipelines in the biopharmaceutical field.
负责生物制药领域项目及业务机会管理。

2.Identify, prioritize, and manage licensing-out project opportunities.
识别、评估并管理License-out项目机会，推动项目优先级排序与执行。

3.Provide technical support for cell culture process development, scale-up, and manufacturing applications.
为细胞培养工艺开发（PD）、工艺放大及生产制造应用提供技术支持。

Requirements:
职位需求：

1.Master's degree in Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, Biochemical Engineering, or related disciplines; strong knowledge of purification technologies; graduates from 985/211 universities preferred; understanding of biotechnology and biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
生物科学、生物化学、生物工程或相关专业硕士学历；具备扎实的纯化技术知识；985/211院校毕业生优先；了解生物技术及生物制药生产工艺流程。

2.Ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solutions-based sales approach.

3.Proficient in English communication.

4.Strong presentation skills and willingness to travel.
