Job Description:

1. Manage assigned product portfolio and support product lifecycle activities, including product positioning, pricing, product launches, new product introductions (NPI), and portfolio management.

2. Work closely with global and regional Product Management teams to implement product strategies and business initiatives in the local market.

3. Collect and analyze market, customer, and competitor information to support business planning and product strategy development.

4. Develop and deploy sales tools, product materials, and training programs to support commercial activities and customer engagement.
开发并推广销售工具、产品资料及培训项目，支持商业活动开展及客户互动。

5. Provide product and application support to sales teams, channel partners, and customers throughout the sales process.
在整个销售过程中，为销售团队、渠道合作伙伴及客户提供产品及应用支持。

6. Support business growth by identifying market opportunities, driving product promotion activities, and contributing to revenue and order objectives.

7. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Service, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure effective execution of business plans.

8. Support commercial operations activities including pricing management, quotation support, forecasting, and demand planning as required.

9. Perform other duties, special projects, and ad hoc assignments as assigned by manager.

Requirements:

1. Master’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biochemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related disciplines.

2. Ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solutions-based sales approach.

3. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal cross-functional teams and external customers.
