职位描述：

1. HRBP Support
-Provide administrative and operational support for HRBP activities.
为HRBP相关工作提供日常行政及运营支持。
-Support talent management processes, including performance reviews, talent discussions, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
支持人才管理相关工作，包括绩效评估、人才盘点、继任者计划及员工发展项目。
-Support employee onboarding, internship programs, campus recruitment activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
支持员工入职、实习生项目、校园招聘活动及员工敬业度项目的实施。
-Coordinate HR projects and monitor key action items, project timelines, and stakeholder communications.
协调各项HR项目，跟进关键行动项、项目时间节点及相关方沟通。
-Analyze HR data and prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to support business decision-making.
分析人力资源数据，并制作相关报告、演示材料及数据看板，为业务决策提供支持。
-Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective execution of HR initiatives.
与跨职能团队紧密合作，确保各项HR项目顺利落地执行。

2. Internal Communications
-Assist in developing and delivering internal communication campaigns.
协助策划并执行内部沟通活动。
-Support employee events, town halls, leadership communications, and culture-building initiatives.
支持员工活动、全员沟通会、管理层沟通及企业文化建设项目。
-Manage communication channels, including intranet sites, Teams communities, emails, and digital platforms.
管理沟通渠道，包括企业内网、Teams社区、电子邮件及数字化平台。
-Collect employee feedback and support initiatives to enhance communication effectiveness and employee experience.
收集员工反馈，并支持提升沟通效果及员工体验的相关举措。

3. Project & Learning Support
-Participate in HR transformation and continuous improvement projects.
参与人力资源转型及持续改进项目。
-Support employer branding and university relations initiatives as required.
根据业务需要，支持雇主品牌建设及高校合作项目。
-Take ownership of assigned projects and drive them from planning through execution.
独立负责指定项目，并推动项目从规划到执行的全过程管理。
-Continuously develop knowledge of HR best practices, business operations, and organizational development.
持续学习并提升在人力资源实践、业务运营及组织发展领域的专业知识。

Requirements
职位需求：

1.Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, English, or related disciplines.
人力资源、心理学、工商管理、传播学、市场营销、英语或相关专业硕士学历。

2.Internship experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Internal Communications, Marketing, or related functions.
具有人力资源、人才招聘（Talent Acquisition）、学习与发展（Learning & Development）、内部沟通（Internal Communications）、市场营销或相关职能领域实习经验。

3.Experience in organizing events, employee activities, campus programs, or communication campaigns.
具有活动组织、员工活动、校园项目或传播推广活动相关经验。

4.Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
具备优秀的中英文书面及口头沟通能力。

5.Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
具备优秀的人际沟通能力及利益相关方管理能力。

6.Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
具备良好的组织协调能力及项目管理能力。

7.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件，尤其是Excel和PowerPoint。

8.Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
