职位描述：

1.Responsible for providing technical and scientific support for Biacore consumables to the commercial team, delivering user training and troubleshooting, and collaborating strategically to drive demand generation and market share growth.
负责为商业团队提供Biacore耗材产品的技术及科学支持，为用户提供培训及故障排查支持，并通过战略协作推动市场需求增长及市场份额提升。

2.Achieve the order and sales targets for Biacore consumables.
达成Biacore耗材产品的订单及销售目标。

3.Support pre-sales activities for products, including product introductions, application seminars, competitive analysis and exchanges, DEMO experiments, and other customer-facing activities.
支持产品售前相关工作，包括产品介绍、应用研讨会、竞品交流与分析、DEMO实验及其他客户支持活动。

4.Provide after-sales product training and daily troubleshooting support to users.
为用户提供产品售后培训及日常技术问题排查与支持。

5.Conduct product training for sales teams and channel partners/dealers.
为销售团队及代理商开展产品培训。

6.Collaborate with researchers to develop and promote new applications based on the Biacore platform.
与科研用户合作，开发并推广基于Biacore平台的新应用方向。

7.Continuously track customer research activities, identify product value, and communicate relevant value propositions to target customers.
持续关注客户研究方向，挖掘产品价值，并向目标客户有效传递产品价值主张。

8.Understand industry trends, monitor competitor activities, and propose competitive strategies.
了解行业发展趋势，掌握竞争对手动态，并提出相应的市场竞争策略。

Requirements:
职位需求：

1.Master's degree in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Cell Biology, Immunology, or related fields.
药学、生物化学、生物技术、细胞生物学、免疫学或相关专业硕士学历。

2.Proven experience in molecular interaction technologies or products, such as SPR (Biacore/Polariton), BLI (Octet/Gator), or MST (Monolith).
具备分子相互作用分析技术或相关产品使用经验，例如SPR（Biacore/Polariton）、BLI（Octet/Gator）或MST（Monolith）。

3.The ability to quickly learn about various research fields, markets, and products.
具备快速学习不同研究领域、市场动态及产品知识的能力。

4.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the local language, as well as a good command of English.
具备优秀的中文口头及书面沟通能力，同时拥有良好的英语听说读写能力。

5.Able to travel.
