岗位描述?Position Description
实验室技术员为电子信息工程实验室的教学和运营提供支持。职责涵盖实验教学实施、实验室管理、课程项目验证、助教培训及设备维护。该岗位还参与实验室建设及相关行政工作。

The laboratory technician provides support to faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering laboratories. Responsibilities cover experimental teaching delivery, laboratory administration, course lab verifications, teachingassistant training and equipment maintenance. The role also contributes to laboratory development and relevant administrative work.

主要职责?Key Responsibilities
1.协助教职工开展课程实验室建设、教学实验室日常运行、管理及安全维护工作。

2.支持实验室课程教师开展助教培训工作。

3.为实验室教学活动提供技术支持，包括毕业设计。

4.管理和协调实验室设备维护，保障实验室正常运转。

5.为教职工和学生提供技术支持服务。

6.参与实验室安全检查、安全宣传与培训，以及日常实验室管理工作。

7.完成学校及学院交办的其他工作。

1.Assist faculty with the course lab development, daily operation, management and safety maintenance of teaching laboratories.

2.Support laboratory course instructors in training teaching assistants.

3.Deliver technical support for laboratory-based teaching activities, including graduation project/senior design project.

4.Manage and coordinate laboratory equipment maintenance to guarantee smooth laboratory operation.

5.Provide technical support services for faculty and students.

6.Participate in laboratory safety inspections, safety promotion & training, together with routine laboratory administration.

7.Perform other duties as assigned by the University and the Institute.

任职资格?Qualifications
1.遵纪守法，品行端正，身心健康。

2.热爱教育事业，具有较强的敬业精神、责任心、吃苦耐劳精神和良好的团队合作精神。

3.具有电子电气类或相关专业本科及以上学历；熟练使用计算机及常用办公软件。

4.具备良好的沟通能力；具备基本英语听说能力者优先。

5.具备该岗位所需的相应管理能力以及较强的组织协调能力。

1.Abide by laws and regulations; demonstrate good professional and personal conduct, and maintain good physical and mental health.

2.Be committed to education and demonstrate a strong work ethic, a sense of responsibility, a willingness to work hard, and a collaborative spirit.

3.Hold a bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related disciplines, with proficiency in computer use and standard office software.

4.Possess solid communication skills; basic English listening and speaking skills are preferred.

5.Demonstrate the management capabilities required for the role, along with strong organizational and coordination skills.
