【主要职责】（根据实际方向分配）
■ 进出口方向
? 协助整理进口单据，更新到货计划，初审报关报检文件
? 协助出口提单确认、箱单发票及产地证等单证制作
? 跟踪货物清关、运输及入库进度，配合完成付汇/收费工作
■ 生产计划方向
? 协助制定月度/周生产计划，跟踪计划执行情况
? 协调紧急订单及需求变更，分析计划完成数据
? 参与配套审核及工业化开发的生产排程
■ 库存与仓储方向
? 协助可用库存管理，监控库存覆盖天数，发布库存报告
? 支持仓库库位设计与分配，协调出入库及盘点
? 跟踪仓储KPI（账实一致、交付绩效等）
■ 物流项目方向
? 参与数字化/智能物流项目的数据收集与进度跟踪
? 协助WMS/TMS等系统的实施与维保管理
? 支持自动化设备（AGV、分拣系统）相关文档整理
【任职要求】
学历与专业
? 硕士
? 国际贸易、物流管理、供应链管理、工商管理、英语、机械工程等相关专业
专业知识与技能
? 熟练使用Office办公软件（Excel、Word、PPT）
? 了解基础国际贸易知识或物流管理概念
? 有SAP、PCS、WMS等系统使用经验者优先
? 具备基础数据分析能力（如Excel透视表）
软技能
? 认真负责，有较强的沟通协调能力和执行力
? 良好的团队合作精神，能适应跨部门协作
? 对供应链运营有浓厚兴趣，愿意学习
