岗位职责：
1.参与风机、空调及配套设备的结构设计、方案迭代、参数校核、图纸绘制与优化，协助完成新产品试制、样机测试、性能验证等基础技术工作。
2.协助梳理产品生产工艺流程，编制、修订工艺文件、作业指导书，跟进生产现场工艺落地，解决生产过程中的基础技术、工艺异常问题，提升生产效率与产品一致性。
3.配合销售、生产及售后团队，提供产品技术答疑、方案选型、技术对接、现场调试指导、问题复盘等技术支持工作，保障项目及产品顺利交付。
4.跟进行业风机、暖通空调产品技术发展趋势，收集产品生产、使用过程中的问题，协助开展结构优化、工艺改进、降本增效、性能升级等专项技术工作。
5.对接研发、生产、采购、质检等部门，配合完成产品量产、客户订单、项目落地全流程技术协同，完成上级交办的各类技术相关工作。
任职要求：
1.硕士及以上学历，机械、暖通类相关专业；
2.有风机/空调设计经验者优先；
3.能熟练应用相关制图软件；
4.能承受一定的工作压力，责任心强，工作严谨，具有团队协作精神。


Job Responsibilities?

Take part in structural design, scheme iteration, parameter verification, drawing creation and optimization for fans, air conditioners and supporting equipment. Assist in new product trial production, prototype testing, performance verification and other basic technical work.
Help sort out production processes, compile and revise process documents and operation instructions. Track process implementation on site, resolve basic technical and process abnormalities during production, and improve production efficiency and product consistency.
Cooperate with sales, production and after-sales teams. Provide technical support including product consultation, solution selection, technical communication, on-site commissioning guidance and issue review to ensure smooth delivery of projects and products.
Follow technical trends of fans and HVAC products in the industry. Collect problems arising from product production and operation. Assist in structural optimization, process improvement, cost reduction, efficiency improvement and performance upgrading.
Communicate with R&D, production, purchasing, quality inspection and other departments. Support full-process technical coordination for mass production, customer orders and project implementation, and finish other technical tasks assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements

Master’s degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC or related fields.
Experience in fan or air conditioner design is preferred.
Skilled in common drawing software.
